Cleaning FAQs, Questions

General Questions

  • Yes! We are both licensed and insured and we can provide all information if it is required.

  • Simply click the Link for your free quote today, or you can call us during normal business hours at 804-214-6441

  • For commercial cleanings we do require an in person walk through and consultation at no cost to the client. For Residential clients we can do a facetime or pictures but always prefer to do in person to give an accurate price.

Scheduling Questions

  • It is rare that we are able to accommodate a same- day booking but feel free to call our office and find out. We do charge an additional fee for same-day/emergency cleanings. 

  • Cash and Card

  • Customers are charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking to ensure the slot is secured for your cleaning needs, then the remainder is charged to the card on file at the end of the cleaning.

  • You are welcome to be present but we understand that you are not always able to be present. In case you are not present, please communicate with us to ensure we will be able to access your property.

  • Unfortunately, in this situation our company will already have allocated that time slot to you and will have traveled to your property. You will be charged 50% of the cleaning total.

Cleaning Questions

  • Yes, we will provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment. Please know we will be more than happy to still provide services if you’re interested in us using your personal cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supply, just let us know.

  • Commercial and Residential Cleaning, hoarding clean ups, junk removal, declutter and organization.

  • This depends on the size of the job

  • The estimation depends on the size of your business or residence. We can give you an idea of how long it will take, but cannot guarantee it won’t take longer since we don’t leave until we are done, even if it takes us a lot longer than what we anticipated. We will inform you if the job takes longer than expected.

  • Each client will receive a client agreement prior to their first cleaning via email with our policies for pets, moving furniture, etc
